1. Overview
CelebDonation.com is a fundraising platform that collaborates with public figures to host competitions where fans can win exclusive memorabilia or experiences. A portion of proceeds, after operational costs, is donated to a charity chosen by the participating celebrity.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).
- Competitions are open worldwide, unless restricted by local laws.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that participation does not violate local rules in your country.
3. Participation & User Question
To enter a competition, you must:
- All memorabilia listed on the site is verified and endorsed by the respective celebrity or their
official representative.
- Items are sold as-is and described to the best of our knowledge.
- Quantities are limited, and availability is not guaranteed.
⚠️ Only entries with a correct answer to the user question will be included in the prize draw. Incorrect answers are automatically disqualified.
The purpose of the question is to ensure the competition is a skill-based prize draw rather than a pure game of chance.
4. Conduct
You agree to:
- Use this site for lawful purposes only.
- Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Provide accurate information when entering competitions.
- Respect all intellectual property and rights associated with the platform and the prizes offered.
5. Prizes & Listings
- All prizes are verified and endorsed by the respective celebrity or their official representative.
- Items or experiences are described as accurately as possible, but availability is not guaranteed.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
6. Payment & Donations
- Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- After applicable costs (platform fee, transaction costs, shipping, and handling), the net proceeds are donated to the charity chosen by the celebrity.
- CelebDonation ensures transparency in the donation process and may provide confirmations upon request.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries (i.e., those with a correct answer).
- The draw process is secure, transparent, and final.
- Winners will be contacted directly via the information provided at entry.
- If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, another winner may be selected.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines are provided per competition..
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the entrant.
9. Refunds & Returns
- Due to the charitable nature and exclusivity of items, all sales are final.
- Refunds are only issued if a prize is damaged upon arrival or not as described. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
10. Charitable Donations
- CelebDonation works only with verified charities.
- The charity is selected by the participating celebrity and may differ from competition to competition.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and materials—is owned by CelebDonation or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or business practice. Updates will be effective once posted. Continued use of the site implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law (as the registered jurisdiction of CelebDonation ApS), unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
